Agriturismo Le Querce

Agriturismo Le Querce is located in Serra San Quirico (AN), in the Marche region, at Via Forchiusa Est 65. We are nestled within an 18-hectare farm at an altitude of 370 meters. Our privileged location in the heart of the Gola della Rossa Regional Park makes us the perfect base for exploring nature and reaching the famous Frasassi Caves, which are just a 10-minute drive away (approx. 8 km).

We offer five different accommodation solutions for every need, all equipped with independent heating, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and Wi-Fi. For each apartment, we reserve one umbrella and two sunbeds in the pool's solarium area.

• Leccio (90 sqm, first floor): ideal for large families, with a double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with fireplace, and kitchen.
• Rovere (80 sqm, ground floor): comfortable, spacious, and accessible, with a kitchen/living room with fireplace and a bathroom equipped for disabilities.
• Farnia (70 sqm, first floor): perfect for families with small children, with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.
• Sughera (70 sqm, ground floor): a cozy nest with a double bedroom and a small bedroom with one single bed.
• Roverella (annex 50 sqm): an independent and panoramic stone building, for those seeking total privacy.

Check-in: Saturday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (high season). Other periods, to be agreed upon.

The farmhouse and the large farm (cultivated with durum wheat, sunflowers, and olive trees) are managed directly and with great care by us, the owners Mauro and Daniela Cantiani. There is no restaurant, as all of our apartments (and the annex) are equipped with an independent kitchen. However, the real experience here is outdoor grilling: we provide a barbecue area and the garden. We, the owners Mauro and Daniela, will be happy to point you to the best local farmers where you can purchase delicious, authentic "zero-kilometer" meat for fantastic barbecues.

Yes, our facility features a stunning swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing solarium area. It was built on a natural panoramic terrace overlooking the picturesque Marche valley, offering an atmosphere of absolute peace.

Absolutely! At Agriturismo Le Querce, your dogs and pets have always been welcome. They will have access to the vast wooded green areas and the meadows of our farm estate, where they can walk in total freedom.

Certainly. The spacious Rovere Apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor, ensuring easy access, and features a functional bathroom with a shower specifically designed and equipped for people with disabilities.

La vicinanza al Parco Regionale Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi rende l'agriturismo un punto di partenza eccellente per l'outdoor. Potete fare trekking sui sentieri, speleologia, corsi di canoa ed equitazione. Inoltre, per gli amanti delle due ruote, mettiamo a disposizione gratuitamente le nostre Mountain Bike per le vostre pedalate in natura.

From ROME "Fiumicino Airport" take the train towards ANCONA (Marche) and get off at SERRA SAN QUIRICO, then follow the same instructions as "How to reach us by train." Alternatively, you can rent a car at one of the airport's car rental agencies and follow the instructions for "How to reach us by car - S.S.76."

From ANCONA "Raffaello Sanzio Airport" take the train towards ROME and get off at SERRA SAN QUIRICO, then follow the same instructions as "How to reach us by train." Alternatively, you can rent a car at one of the airport's car rental agencies and follow the instructions for "How to reach us by car - A14."

 

 

A14 For those arriving from the A14 motorway (Bologna-Taranto), take the ANCONA NORD exit. Merge onto the S.S.76 state road towards ROME and continue for 35 km. Take the APIRO-MERGO exit and follow signs for SERRA SAN QUIRICO; after 2 km, you will see our sign for Agriturismo "LE QUERCE" on the right.

S.S.76 For those arriving from the S.S.76 state road towards ANCONA (Marche), take the SERRA SAN QUIRICO exit, drive through the town center, and after 1 km, you will see our sign for Agriturismo "LE QUERCE" on the left.

From ROME or ANCONA Arriving by train from ROME or ANCONA (Marche), get off at the SERRA SAN QUIRICO station. The farmhouse is located about 3 km from the station; you can book a car, take a taxi, or we can provide a lift ourselves upon prior reservation.
